The new Clash Royale event is all about Evolution. Each player can equip up to 8 Evolution cards in the deck, and as you can guess, the battlefield will turn into a chaotic scene later in the match.

Both decks are almost equal in the average Elixir cost, but Deck 1 mostly relies on tanky units like Royal Giant, Valkyrie, and Knight, which are great for offensive scenarios. With this deck, you will want to initiate an attack on your opponent rather than wait for their move.
Firecrackers and Archers can protect the Royal Giant from spam units or aerial attacks. Bomber can also be a good support unit, especially when its Evolution is active.
Bats and Valkyrie serve best for defensive situations in Deck 1, especially if your opponent is using rushing units like Ram Rider or Hog Rider.
Moving over to Deck 2 is more about distraction. Knight is the only tanky unit in the second deck and it should be used to defend crown towers against enemy rushes.
Miner and Goblin Drill will mostly take the responsibility to deal damage to the opponent’s crown tower in Deck 2, but it is best to use them as a distraction and then spawn Firecracker and Royal Recruits to initiate the real push.
Tesla Tower is also quite important in Deck 2, especially the way you place it. Tesla tower could absorb damage from units like Firecracker or Executioner, preventing their shots from reaching your crown towers. It is also one of the best counters against any possible giant.
