Best Decks For Phoenix Raid In Clash Royale

by Cole Phelps

This week’s event in Clash Royale is all about Phoenix, as this aerial troop will now spawn automatically from each player’s King Tower every 15 seconds. When the Double Elixir phase begins, the game will spawn a pair of Phoenixes for players.

So, the goal is to benefit from the presence of your Phoenixes and somehow neutralize the opponent’s. This will, of course, need a little bit of thought to put in cards in the deck the deliver the best aerial and ground dominance.

In the first deck, the combination of Electro Giant and Rage works magic, but you need to make sure to deploy the Electro Giant only when you have a Phoenix behind the bridge. It’s also great to support them with a Firecracker or a Magic Archer.

Valkyrie and the remaining ranged troops will serve as defensive units in Deck 1. Also, you can use Skeleton Army to neutralize any rushing unit like Hog Rider or Ram Rider.

Deck 2 will use the sheer power of the Flying Machine to neutralize the opponent’s Phoenixes. It’s one of the best troops to target Crown Tower as well, especially when you distract the tower with Knight.

Pekka is also another important offensive unit in this deck, but it is best to deploy it during the Double Elixir phase, or when you are quite sure that the opponent doesn’t have much to spend.

Deck 3 uses Mega Knight and the recently released Musketeer Evolution. Similar to Flying Machine, Musketeer is also a great unit for getting rid of the Phoenixes, and its evolution is quite useful in defeating them from where they spawn.

Mega Knight, similar to Pekka, must be used with a supporter. A Phoenix could be enough, but it’s best to have Arrows in hand for any possible Firecracker or Dart Goblin attack from the opponent.
