Supercell has tons of big little changes coming to Clash Royale in the new year, and players will finally see some of the overpowered cards losing a little bit of their magic. So, get ready for a change in meta too!
For January 2025, Supercell considers nerfs on Ram Rider, Fisherman, Bomber, and a couple of other cards, but overall, the number of buffs and reworks is more than nerfs, which means stronger cards overall.

The new changes will surely not seem welcoming to Bomber Evolution and Skeletons Evolution fans, as they both have received big nerfs.
On the other hand, the Pekka Evolution will now be more vulnerable against spam units like Skeleton Army or Goblins.
This patch also finally gives some buff to Dagger Duchess, which has been extremely underpowered recently. It’s yet to be seen how higher projectile speed will change Dagger Duchess, but it could definitely help with her awful pick rate in the game.
